Wait for confirmation

We will confirm your booking by WhatsApp, phone, or email with your appointment date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
Bring your voucher
On the day of your appointment, please bring:
Your voucher (printed or on your phone)
Valid ID if required by the provider.

Important Booking Information

Please read these points before you book:
Patch Test (Laser & Some Advanced Treatments)
A patch test and consultation are required at least 24–48 hours before your first laser hair removal or certain advanced treatments.
If you arrive without a patch test, your treatment may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits

For some treatments or packages, a deposit may be required to secure your slot.
Deposits are redeemable against your treatment on the day.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or voucher.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays to the next client.
If you are very late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Medical Conditions & Medications

Please inform us if you are:
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Undergoing medical treatment
Taking photosensitising medication
Certain treatments cannot be carried out in these cases for your safety.
